Forbidden Kidou is how it sounds, Forbidden from the sight and mind of most shinigami and all around everyone else, only a Kidou master will have learned most if not all of the forbidden arts.
For one to even know any forbidden kidou they must first take up an apprentenceship with the residing kidou master.
Stat Points needed for forbidden kidou application.
Zanpakutou/Hand to Hand:N/a
Shunpo:N/a
Reiatsu:1000 (for the simple fact you need a great amount of reaistu and the ability to control it)

-----Kidou: 600
