(This took awhile to finally happen but the third match is going to happen and it will be fun. Espesially now that we both are far more powerful than we used to be. SO in light us being on equal ground, how about this match we use our 100% real stats. No BS about everything being equal in the arena that's just boring. How about a real match eh Taka?)
Shiro stepped from his Gargantua/Senkai gate. The Doors were made of pure black but there was still a light coming from the gate showing that there was still a shinigami side to Shiro and that he hadn't completely fallen into darkness. Shiro knew it had been some time since he had seen Taka. Since the fall of Seretei in fact, it had been that long since Shiro had even had any contact with another life form, excluding Hateshi.
Now Shiro looked around and then sat down cross legged and pulled out a black flask, filled with whiskey. Somehow Shiro had gotten hooked on alcohol recently but wasn't sure why. Maybe a side-effect of his new personality but all the same the whiskey tasted good anyway. So Shiro sat there in the middle of the lonely dirt battle field and waited for his old acquaintance to arrive.

In a brilliant flash of light, a senkai gate opened on the edge of the arena. the air itself had already become denser and harder to breathe from the hard, heavy, tapered reiastu. A silouete appeared walking from in the senkai gate and out of it landed taka.
landing softly, with dust swirling around him, he started to move forward. Though he was walking slow taking his time it was for the best. though it had been decades since he had seen shiro, it would be no large reunion, as was their won't they always faught to test their strenght.
As he stopped in front of shiro he smiled, a brittle thing, a bitter mockery of his old sincerity. "welcome back, old friend. it has been ages since we last saw each other, i am terribly sorry to say the years have not been kind." at that moment the breeze caught and his hair in his ponytail swayed, leaving him staring at a old rival.

Shiro grinned as he saw his old comrade lazily walk his way toward himself. The man didn't look much different from what he used to, all that time ago. Shiro stood as Taka started to speak, and as Shiro heard the words they surprised him some.
"Well I can see time hasn't been very friendly to your personality. But I guess we work with what we can." Shiro smiled and held out the black flask. "Would you like some? I stole it from some posh liquor store, it's a very good year. Around 1950 I think, very smooth and expensive."

Taka bent down and took the flask out of his hand, tipping it up in his mouth the liquior trickled down his throat. It burned and had a strong aftertaste. "Hmm not bad for whiskey, i'll give you that." he handed back the flask and put a hand on the hilt of his sword. "so i see you've come back. care too put your skills to the test again me? unless your scared?" he smiled maliciously, a rare site.
He jumped back, landing softly and sliding a leg back into a crouched position. he lifted his hands and held them loftly waiting, "lets see how much you've grown."

Shiro stretched as Taka took his drink. Then as Taka spoke a smile slowly crept over his face. But the smile wasn't the twisted evil smile that Shiro knew would stretch across his face later in the battle. Shiro let out a deep breath and spoke "Alright, but I warn you. I am not who I used to be and strange things will happen. No one knows what I can do, and I barely understand it myself. If a side of me takes over, the side that wants to kill all, you may be injured very badly. But I'd still love to fight."
And so Shiro gripped his white hilt with his right hand and tied the black flask to his side. Then Shiro moved the sheathes from his back to his hips and stood in a ready position.
